Warranty Overview

We take great care and pride in selecting the squash products we sell and feel they are the best squash products on the market. Saying that though sometimes products break early, come apart, or just fail in some way. It happens and when it does we will work at getting you back on the court as quickly as possible.

All the gear we sell at Squash Unlimited is covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. If you feel the product has failed due to no fault of your own please give us a heads up and contact us before returning the product at 1.613.766.3231 Tue-Fri 10am-5pm EST or via email at [email protected] .

Warranty turn round time

  • 24-48 hours – If it is straight forward we can turn around and replace the product within 24-48 hours from the time of receiving it at Squash Unlimited.
  • 2-4 weeks – Sometimes it will need to go back to the manufacturer. If this is the case please allow 2-4 weeks from the time of receiving it at the manufacturers.

Sometimes we can arrange for you to send the product straight to the manufacturer to save time/expense, if this is the case we will provide the shipping details beforehand.

Warranty periods for products

Racquets (bumpers and grips are not covered under warranty)

  • Oliver, Karakal, Tecnifibre, Dunlop, Wilson, Salming, Prince racquets – 60 day limited manufacturers defect.
  • Black Knight racquets– 45 Days No fault, 6 months limited manufacturers after 45 Days.
  • Unsquashable racquets- 90 day limited manufacturers warranty.
  • Shoes: 3 months – stitching, material, & delamination. Not normal wear and tear.

Bags: 3 months – stitching & material

Please fill out the warranty request form below and return it with the item. We recommend you insure and get a signature on delivery.

For US warranty requests please return item by USPS only and mark as returned item with no value. Items shipped by couriers (UPS, Fedex, etc) may charge a brokerage/duty and you are responsible for the payment of these charges.

If your item is covered under warranty we will ship the replacement item back to you at no charge.

If your item is not covered under warranty and you would like the item back you are responsible for the return shipping cost. This can vary from $10-$25 depending on your location.
