Easy Returns Everyday

It happens… sometimes it is not what you thought it would be, it’s the wrong color, or your favourite player switched shoes. Returns are hassle free at Squash Unlimited.

You can return almost* every new and unused item with the original packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include a copy of the original receipt and the completed form on the right for a full refund minus the original shipping.

* The only exceptions are underwear, compression socks, books, and DVD’s. These items are final sale.

To be eligible the products must be in the following condition.

• Racquets: new & unused, plastic wrap still on handle, face card attached. Cover if included.
• Shoes: new & unused, tags attached. Do not attach mailing label/stickers to original shoe box.
• Accessories/grips/strings: unopened packaging
• Bags: new & unused, tags attached

Items not received in good condition will be returned at owners expense.

Canadian returns

1. Fill out the return form on the right, print, and include a copy in the box.
2. Box it up and take to your favourite shipper. We recommend a service that is insured and trackable.

Simple. Safe. Done.

No Restocking Fees

Changing your mind shouldn’t cost you money. There are no restocking fees ever at Squash Unlimited.

Returns – USA / Int’l Customers.

We suggest you return items insured and trackable through your local post office, USPS in the USA for example. Be sure to mark as returned goods and inquire as to any duties, taxes, brokerage as these are the responsibility of you, the shipper.

We do not recommend couriers such as UPS, Fedex, etc as they charge a brokerage fee and other hidden charges. Again these are the responsibility of the shipper (you) and will be deducted from your refund.
